The Great Central Railway(GCR) is the UK's only double track main line preserved railway. Running from the former Loughborough Central to a new station at Leicester North on the outskirts of the City of Leicester. Also included in this gallery are a few images from Great Central's Northern section which runs from Ruddington, on the outskirts of Nottingham, to Loughborough Junction just short of the present day Midland Main Line.
In no particular order the photographs were taken between 2008 and 2015.
